Terms and Conditions


MADE TO ORDER

All my veils are bespoke and are made to order. Nothing is kept in stock. Plain veils with no edging or trims can be shipped out within a week of placing the order, however, for the more detailed and time-consuming veils, the turnaround time will be from 6-8 weeks. If you require the order sooner, please email us prior to placing the order.

For international orders, I would recommend purchasing your item at least 3 months prior to the wedding date as shipping times and items held at customs can delay when you will receive your goods.

 

 CUSTOM ORDERS 

 

If you would like to change the lace, fabric or colour, length of any item, I can do this for you. If you see a veil with a blusher or without, but would like to change this, that is fine also. If in doubt, please ask.

In terms of turnaround times, please ask as each item will have a different time depending on how long it takes to order supplies.

 

 

I don’t accept returns and exchanges

All items are made to order and as such cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you have any concerns over colours or fabrics, please request swatches prior to placing the order.

 

I do accept cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted provided work hasn’t commenced. Please email as soon as possible.

If there are any issues with your order, please email me as soon as possible.

 

Product care

Your item will need to be steamed or ironed prior to wearing it. When ironing, low heat is recommended. When steaming, steam on the side with no detail. All orders will receive a small swatch on which you can test the iron/ steam temperature.

 

Payment

Payment must be made in full for the order to be placed.

 

Postage

Expected postal delivery times:

UK: 2-4 working days from despatch

EU: 3-5 working days from despatch

Rest of World: Up to 14 working days from despatch.

Please note that delivery times may be extended by public holidays and during busy periods.

***Faster Shipping, Insurance, Lost Packages ***

 

Kalyptre can not be held responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping service. Any delays in shipping time frames will be beyond my control and therefore I cannot accept any responsibility for this.

If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please let me know in advance so that I can arrange for this as it will be at a cost.

I cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods after I ship the items, so please consider shipping insurance and be sure that your "ship to" address is a secure location.

Faster shipping may be requested at an additional cost. Please make contact with any enquiries.

 

***International (outside the UK.) Orders ***

If you are an International customer, any duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.
